Possible Causes:

  1. Water full indicators blinks and water tank is full
  2. Room temperature is higher than the set temperature
  3. Room temperature is lower than the setting temperature

Corrective Action:

  1. Drain the water from the water tank
  2. Reset the temperature
  3. Reset the temperature

Problem: Not cool enough

Possible Causes:

  1. The doors or windows are not closed
  2. There are heat sources inside the room
  3. Exhaust air hose is not connected or blocked
  4. Temperature setting is too high
  5. Air inlet is blocked

Corrective Action:

  1. Make sure all the windows and doors are closed
  2. Remove the heat sources if possible
  3. Connect or clean the exhaust air hose
  4. Reset the temperature

Corrective Action:

Possible Causes: The overheat protection may be activated

Corrective Action: Wait 30 minutes until the temperature has decreased, then turn on the unit again

Problem: The remote control does not function

Possible Causes:

  1. Remote control signal is not detected by the control panel
  2. Distance too great
  3. The batteries are drained

Corrective Action:
