Problem: The unit does not start when pressing on/off button

Possible Causes:

  1. Water full indicators blinks and water tank is full
  2. Room temperature is higher than the set temperature
  3. Room temperature is lower than the setting temperature

Corrective Action:

  1. Drain the water from the water tank
  2. Reset the temperature
  3. Reset the temperature

Problem: Not cool enough

Possible Causes:

  1. The doors or windows are not closed
  2. There are heat sources inside the room
  3. Exhaust air hose is not connected or blocked
  4. Temperature setting is too high
  5. Air inlet is blocked

Corrective Action:

  1. Make sure all the windows and doors are closed
  2. Remove the heat sources if possible
  3. Connect or clean the exhaust air hose
  4. Reset the temperature
  5. Clean the air inlet and filters

Problem:  The unit is noisy/loud

Possible Causes:

  1. The ground is not level or not flat enough
  2. The sound comes from the flowing of the refrigerant inside the air conditioner

Corrective Action:

  1. Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
  2. It is normal

Problem:  The compressor does not seem to be working

Possible Causes: The overheat protection may be activated

Corrective Action: Wait 30 minutes until the temperature has decreased, then turn on the unit again

Problem: The remote control does not function

Possible Causes:

  1. Remote control signal is not detected by the control panel
  2. Distance too great
  3. The batteries are drained

Corrective Action:

  1. Wait 30 minutes until the temperature has decreased, then turn on the unit again

  3. Check batteries on the remote

Problem: Displays is full

Possible Causes: Water tank in chassis is full

Corrective Action: Drain the condensate and re-start the unit
